Over the course of my four years at the University of Washington, I have had the opportunity to present my research every year at a variety of conferences and symposiums. Being able to present my research in front of peers and leaders in my field has allowed me to grow in mu public speaking skills as well as in my understanding of the science behind my work because the ability to explain to others what you have done is a true test of how well you yourself comprehend your work and why it's important. Because of these conferences, I have been able to travel to Washington DC and Texas and make new connections with other scientists from across the globe. Below is a list of the conferences that I have attended and the work that was presented.
